Major news! Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have JUST gone public with their love.

Kristen Stewart, just walked the red carpet at the NYC premier of Robert Pattinson’s new romantic drama, Remember Me, in a show of support for her real life and onscreen boyfriend! While the actress didn’t stop for interviews, the fact that she appeared, for all the world to see, is clearly a major statement about the seriousness of the once publicity-shy couple’s relationship.

Both Robert and Kristen spent most of last year denying that they were romantically involved — despite reports that they were staying together while filming Eclipse, despite photos of them handholding, and despite’s exclusive report on their romantic New Year’s Eve at a local dive bar, the Winter Gardens, in the tiny town of Ventnor on the Isle of Wight!

But just last week, R-Patz finally admitted to the UK newspaper, The Sun, that ” it is extremely difficult, but we are together, yes.”  He also confided that “we can’t arrive (to events) at the same time because of the fans. It gets crazy.”

Chloe Melas,’s reporter  at the premiere says that fans, lined up all around the Paris Theatre, are going CRAZY! Kristen looks  sexy great in skinny leggings, a black t-shirt, a cropped leather jacket and heels.

Rob is wearing a blue suit, white button down shirt, and open-necked with no tie. And when Chloe asks Rob if he is a “rebel” like his character in Remember Me, Tyler … he smiles and agrees!

Now, was K-Stew also there to make sure there were no more rumors about Rob being romantically involved with his Remember Me co-star, Emilie de Ravin?  Hmm!  In any case it all worked. K-Stew and R-Patz have now OFFICIALLY gone public and here’s another sweet fact — Rob’s mom and dad — Clare and Richard Pattinson, were there to support their son, too!

Robert Pattinson’s latest steamy spread is in the pages of March’s Vogue, which features cover girl Tina Fey. He struck a few gorgeous poses alongside his Remember Me costar Emilie de Ravin, so make sure to check out the entire spread. The pair shot the photos back in December, at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. The images are considerably more tame than Robert’s recent sexy appearance in Details, and in this interview he opens up about the persistence of Twilight fans and how he handles so much attention. Here’s more:

  • On the Twilight fans overrunning the set of Remember Me: “It was the most ridiculous experience. You’re trying to stay in character and you’re trying to walk down the street, but all those people keep reminding you that you’re not this character.”
  • On how Twitter had fans turning up during his hangouts with costar Pierce Brosnan: “Everybody knows where everybody is. The Twitter thing is unbelievable. I went out a couple of times with Pierce. He’s totally recognizable, and he makes no effort to tone it down. Some people were glancing over at us in the restaurant, and he just went over and introduced himself. And it does work. It dissipates all the attention.”
  • On how he handles the attention: “Me? I just crawl under the table.

Emilie de Ravin Talks Rob Pattinson

Robert Pattinson & Emilie de Ravin Have Instant Chemistry

Emilie de Ravin is anticipating the release of her new flick, Remember Me, with Robert Pattinson.

The 28-year-old Australian actress recently caught up with MTV News to chat about the flick, Rob and the un-chartered Hollywood love story. Check it:

On instantly clicking with Rob: “They’d been looking to cast my role for a while, looking at a lot of different girls. I read the script three weeks before they started shooting. I flew to New York to test with Rob and we immediately got along and had instant great chemistry, which is not an easy thing to come by. Obviously you’re acting, but you want to have that connection with somebody. We had it. And I was thrown into a wardrobe fitting that same day.”

On trying to concentrate admist Twi-fans and paparazzi in NYC: “There were a lot of crazy moments where you’re filming on location and you’re waiting for people to get out of the shot. People don’t want to move. Rob and I would laugh about that. There was a scene where we’re on a date at a carnival, and it was very exposed to media, paparazzi and fans. We were rehearsing, and you become so self-conscious of people watching you, and we both stopped and looked at each other and were like, ‘Wait, what are we doing?’”

On being part of a different kind of love story: “The relationship between Ally and Tyler is so beautifully developed. It’s such an honest, organic, real love story. It’s not your typical Hollywood love story. Neither one of them were really looking for it, but it just happened. Obviously there’s a physical attraction, but also that thing you can’t put into words. They’re brought together in very random circumstances. It’s not love at first sight, but they’re intrigued at first sight. They’ve both had major family tragedies that, prior to their relationship, have closed them off, thinking no one can understand the way they really feel. They just get each other. There’s no false performance. It’s all open and who they are. That’s sometimes beautiful and sometimes ugly and sometimes frustrating, but it’s all on the table.”

Remember Me opens nationwide on Friday, March 12.

Emilie de Ravin Talks Rob

Posted in Movies with tags , on January 15, 2010 by chasingcullens

Emilie de Ravin took the stage at today’s TCAs in Pasadena where she answered questions with all her Lost castmates before their last season starts Feb. 2. After the panels, we snuck in one question about, who else, Robert Pattinson, who she worked with on the upcoming Remember Me. It’s one of the movie’s we’re most looking forward to this year, especially after the latest hot poster and here’s what she had to say. On working with Rob on Remember Me vs. her Lost leading men:

Every experience with whoever you work with is always different. I had a great time working with him. We really made a point of working on our characters and their relationships and such. He’s a really easy going and nice guy to work with, which is always refreshing.

Love hearing her gush a little bit about Rob, who has been quite successfully laying low since his and Kristen’s New Year’s fan encounter.
