Robert Pattinson in ‘Remember Me’ – Summit Ent. via MySpace

Today, the first part of the “Ask Rob” video series at the Official Remember Me Facebook page has been released!

In December, fans were asked to submit their Remember Me-related questions for the film’s leading castmate, Robert Pattinson (of course, “Edward Cullen” in The Twilight Saga: New Moon and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse) through the facebook page, and they just came pouring in.

In the first video answer, Pattinson explains why he was drawn to the script for the film.

Said he, “Initially, I remember reading the script and thinking I like the flow of the dialogue and stuff, and it was just different. It seemed like, in a lot of ways, the main characters in other movies where there’s a young guy as the lead, always seems like a vessel, they always have to be so naive and just ridiculously innocent so the audience can feel like they’re with him through the story, and Tyler didn’t at all feel like that. He felt like he was a very specific character.”

Head on over to the Official Remember Me Facebook page to see the video, and become a fan to get alerts when the next videos are posted (and remember, Remember Me comes to theaters on March 12th)!

Peter Facinelli gives more details on Twilight ‘Eclipse’ movie & more. Peter Facinelli recently gave an interview to “Entertainment Tonight” and gave a few more details on his character Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the upcoming “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” movie, which is the third installment in the “Twilight Saga” movie series. He also talked a little bit about his other Dr. Fitch Cooper character on Showtime’s “Nurse Jackie.”

Peter said were’re going to see Dr. Carlisle Cullen in a new light when ‘Eclipse” rolls around. He stated, “You get to see a side of Carlisle you haven’t seen before. There are some great battle sequences.” he also said that he didn’t know anything about “Breaking Dawn,” which will be the Twilight Saga’s 4th installment. He said, “I don’t know. Usually, the fans know before we do.” He expressed how great the “Twilight Saga” fans are. He stated, “The fan base has been so phenomenal. When you go to an event, people have flown in from other countries just to take a picture with you. That is a loyal fan base that you can’t even imagine having. I am thankful for all of them. That is why I try to give back in connecting with them on Twitter.”

Next, Peter explained how he was able to juggle filming the “Nurse Jackie” show and “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” at the same time. He said, “I have had a very crazy schedule. There was a whole month where I was shooting ‘Eclipse’ and “Nurse Jackie” at the same time. And I actually enjoyed it because I enjoy what I do, so when I show up for work, it’s very invigorating, and I get energized by it. So there were times where I’d get off an airplane from a red-eye and have, like, three hours sleep and then go straight to work. Because I was doing both projects at the same time, I wore a wig. There were days when I was literally running hours in the forest; then, I would jump on a plane and be on the “Nurse Jackie” set. I was going from Vancouver to New York like every three days.” You can read the rest of the interview over at Entertainment Tonight by Clicking Here.

DNP Random Things

One of Hollywood’s cutest couples — Twilight‘s Peter Facinelli and his wife, 90210 alum Jennie Garth — were photographed Tuesday in Beverly Hills at the trendy clothing store, Lacoste (you know, the one with the famous alligator logo).

Facinelli looked boyishly-handsome in his paperboy cap, Western-style shirt and designer jeans while Garth bundled up from the chilly Southern California night in a black and white, horizontally-striped sweater and dark blue jeans.

Facinelli reprises his role of Dr. Carlisle Cullen in Eclipse, the third film in the Twilight Saga, which hits theaters June 30.

Eclipse In Phase One Studio Screening

‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ – Summit Ent.

Despite what might’ve been murmured around the forum rumor mill, the first screening of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse – by “anyone out of editorial” that is – is happening now, according to a recent update issued by the film’s director, David Slade.

According to him, today is a “big day” as the first “director’s cut” is at “phase 1” with the studio’s first screening of the film.

After months and months of reading Slade’s countless updates about the post-production process (which seems, by the way, incredibly taxing and tedious), it seems that things are finally coming to a head and the editing process is nearing completion.

A director’s cut of a film, of course, is not the final cut (and it probably won’t even be made available to the public). The final cut is usually reserved for someone in the studio, who can make a few adjustments here and there to make the film more presentable in the box office. Those changes, for the most part, are not usually drastic. (Obviously, with varying studio interests and agendas, that statement is a heavily case-by-case matter. Who’s to say how many changes will be necessary for Eclipse.)

For the meantime, though, this news means that things are progressing in the completion arena. While that doesn’t necessarily give us any indication of when we should expect the first trailer for the film (though prior speculations may still be applicable), it does mean that the film is that much closer to being finished and ready for the theaters!

Gil Birmingham on stage at the Colorado Indian Market – Facebook

The very talented and unique Gil Birmingham (“Billy Black” in The Twilight Saga: New Moon and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse) made his way to Denver, Colorado this weekend for the Colorado Indian Market, on hand as a special guest and performer for the weekend’s events.

Among other things, Birmingham got on stage with several of the event’s fellow featured guests to perform music. Birmingham took the stage with Grammy winner Bill Miller, Moses Brings Plenty, Eli Secody, and the Bearshot Dancers, and he was so kind as to share some of the video coverage taken of his work at the Market.

You’ll see in the first video that part of the event included an effort to collect blankets and funds for those in need, and the Colorado Indian Market was successful in reaching its goal.

As always, Birmingham’s performances were energetic and full of life!

After his return, Birmingham updated his Facebook and Twitter followers to say “What a great group of people at the Colorado Indian Market. Thanks to all the fans who came out for a really fantastic event.”

Kristen Helped Haiti Too

“Twilight” star Kristen Stewart may have been traveling to the Sundance Film Festival on the day of the “Hope for Haiti Now” telethon, but that didn’t stop her from helping out in her own way.

Kristen, who stars in both “Welcome to the Rileys” and “The Runaways” at the fest, had a great idea to raise money and give the fans a thrill: Hanging out with her in Park City, Utah for Sundance!

Four lucky ladies coughed up thousands of dollars for airfare, lodging and of course, the privilege of Kristen’s company, says E! Online.

K-Stew, she gives to Haiti and to the fans.

She’s in good company. Her “Twilight” costars are givers too. Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner were both at the telethon, and Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz are supporting the Nick Jonas campaign.
